Materials: approximately 350m (380yds) double knit or aran weight mohair blend yarn

10mm needles

Abbreviations: K - Knit, YO - Yarn Over

Cast on 14sts.

Row 1: (Right side) Knit.
Row 2: Knit.
Row 3 (K2, YO) 3 times, K2, (YO, K2) 3 times.
Row 4: (K2, YO) 3 times, K8, (YO, K2) 3 times.
Row 5: (K2, YO) 3 times, K14, (YO, K2) 3 times.
Row 6: (K2, YO) 3 times, K20, (YO, K2) 3 times.
Row 7: (K2, YO) 3 times, knit to end.
Repeat Row 7 until desired length (model was knit to 216sts).

 

   Next Row: (Right side) (K2, YO) repeat
   to end, ending with K2.
   Next Row: Knit.
   Cast of loosely.

    Block by making shawl wet and pin out,
    stretching to open the stitches to create a
    lacy look.

   Sew in yarn ends.
