Welcome this new-to-us teacher to the family! Katie is currently a stay at home mama to Maddie. She began crocheting almost a decade ago, and recently discovered amigurumi - the Japanese art or crocheted (and knit) stuffed creatures, and it quickly became a big passion. Over the past year, she has been designing her own amigurumi patterns and now has four patterns published (with more on the way) available in her Etsy shop. She loves connecting with people, especially over different types of crafts (even craft beer).
