Join us to explore the wonderful world of colour and texture as we knit Stephen West's beautiful Marled Magic Shawl. It is meant to use up your scraps of fingering weight or you can pick a palette of colours and the interesting variety of stitches will keep your needles dancing!
The first class will focus on choosing colours and selecting yarns to make your colour story come to life. In the remaining sessions we'll explore a variety of techniques as we stitch this shawl together

Requirements:
Please bring the following to the first class: a copy of the Marled Magic Shawl pattern by Stephen West (we will be happy to help you purchase through Ravelry), the recommended circular needle 32" or longer, stitch markers, pencil, notebook, a photo or other colour inspiration, and yarn from your stash that you are considering using for this project. We will be discussing colour and creating a colour story in the first class prior to casting on.
