Kelowna Yarn & Needlecrafts is a welcoming space for people of all races, cultures, abilities, ethnicities, gender identities and sexual orientation. We are committed to building a strong community of fibre lovers, and intolerant comments or behaviours will never be permitted.
Current In-Person Shopping Guidelines
- All visitors must wear a mask and wash or sanitize their hands when entering the store.
- We offer reuseable masks if you don’t have your own (we wash them every night).
- We can assist with projects if people put their work on the table for us and maintain a safe physical distance.
- Please don't come to the store if you are feeling unwell!

Kelowna Yarn & Needlecrafts is committed to providing secure in-store and online shopping experiences. Every effort is made to protect your personal information. Any personal information gathered is password protected and will not be passed along to other individuals or organizations without your permission.
Payment Options
We offer secure payment through Paypal. You do not need to have a Paypal account to use this service. Paypal accepts all major credit cards and debit services. As an alternative, we accept phone orders at 250-860-8801 or 1-866-535-9276.
In store we accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, debit cards, and gift certificates.
Please note payment information is not kept by Kelowna Yarn & Needlecrafts.
Return and Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final and can not be returned for cash.
Unused yarn in new condition may be exchanged for store credit within 6 months of original purchase.
Unreturnable products include needles, crochet hooks, books, patterns, charts, cut cross stitch fabric, floss and sale items.
If a mistake occurs, such as shipping the wrong product or wrong amount compared to your purchase order, Kelowna Yarn & Needlecrafts will pay the shipping to correct our error. Any other shipping will be paid by the buyer.
Inventory
We do our best to ensure the accuracy of our online inventory. If your order contains an item that is mistakenly out of stock, we will correct this as soon as possible. You will be notified if your item is out of stock and provided with a timeline for re-stocking. This may create a delay of 2-4 weeks in the shipping of your order.
Shipping
We offer free shipping within Canada for orders over $150. Canadian orders will be shipped via Canada Post expedited parcel and should arrive within 5-10 business days.
Orders to the United States will be shipped via Canada Post small packet USA air service. International orders will be sent via Canada Post small packet international air service. Delivery time to the US and Internationally will vary from 1-6 weeks and may experience delays through customs processing.
Please note statutory holidays are not business days and will add to delivery time.
Shipping rates are calculated based pre-tax purchase values.
