Fingertip-Down Colorwork Mitts in DK Weight

Students will explore stranded colorwork techniques in the round, with a focus on managing floats, maintaining even tension, and confidently following colorwork charts. DK weight yarn makes these mitts quick to knit and ideal for showcasing bold, graphic colorwork motifs from Pacific Knit Co's Doodle series. This class is perfect for knitters who are comfortable knitting in the round and ready to expand their colorwork skills while learning a versatile, customizable mitt construction.
| Requirements: | Please come to class with a doodle deck or Ravelry pattern by Pacific Knit Co., DK weight yarn, 3.5 mm dpns or long circular needles for magic loop, 4 mm dpns or a long circular needles for magic loop, darning needle, notebook, pencil, and calculator. We would be happy to help you in store to select your pattern. The first class will include selecting your colours and casting on. |
